If you can spare an hour or so, take a crash course on Virtual Reality (VR). It's worth the time, because it represents an important new form of computing that might be able to help people explore. Start with a talk by David Kleeman who has identified four myths about VR, as follows: "it's not for kids, it's expensive, it's a long way away, and it's a gimmick."
